Chateau Haut Selve Blanc
Type: White wine
Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc (60%), Semillion (30%), Sauvignon Gris (10%)
Origin: Graves, Bordeaux, France
Tasting notes: From the opening, the nose is very aromatic, mixing notes of white flowers, honey, all supported by a toasted tip. The palate is expressive and complex with a pleasing roundness; the finish is long with notes of vanilla baked apples.
This bottle is bright, sweet and very fruit forward. The honey and oak are so evident and lends to a lingering finish. Perfect for the hot summer!
