Orders

We require a minimum order of ₱1,000.

Deliveries

For orders before our cut-off time of 4pm, we strive to deliver to you on the same day, except if otherwise communicated. Reasons for delay are often associated with availability of stocks or logistic concerns. Our rates are tiered based on your location and cost of your basket.

 

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Only 1 attempt to deliver will be made on the date and time agreed. We allow a waiting period at your venue of up to 15 minutes only, after which you order will be cancelled. If the delivery is unsuccessful, La Bodega Vinos y Cervezas Inc. reserves the right to cancel your order without a refund. Unsuccessful deliveries may be caused by, but not limited to, no-show for pick ups, no recipient at the delivery location, no road access to the address provided, unsuccessful contact attempts by the delivery personnel. For unusual circumstances, we may make allowances as deemed fit. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to limitations on our end or our third-party, it will not constitute part of the above and will still be served by us. For unusual circumstances, we may make allowances as we see fit.


Cancellations 

All orders are considered final and cannot be modified or canceled once the order is placed. Please make sure everything is correct before checking out.
