Aging: 6 months in amphora followed by 12 months in American and French oak barrels
Tasting notes: Deep, clean and bright cherry red color with light purple hues. Balsamic and spicy aromas of great complexity with roasted coffee notes, cocoa, chocolate and a slightly toasted aroma from the oak. Round and well-bodied to the palate. Tasty with elegant tannins. On the palate, it has a good structure with elegant and persistent tannins.
Serve at 16ºC to 18ºC.
Best enjoyed with tapas, foie gras, risottos and game dishes.
The wine is proudly produced by Bodegas Romero de Ávila Salcedo from La Solana, Castilla La Mancha in the heart of Spain.
